Pressing Business
Today is about jacking some heavy weight. No light lifts today! Start heavy...finish heavy. Each set consists of 1 rep of all 3 lifts done in succession. We are looking to work the entire complex at a weight that is based off of the press. If we cant make it past the press then we cant finish the complex so choose your weight accordingly. Rest time is important today as it will give you enough time to get prepped for the next lift will come and get enough energy to be able to complete the complex.
Remember to keep all of the performance points that we learned in play. (Quick Summary)

Push Press - Dip and drive the weight up
Push Jerk Dip, Drive the weight up, Dip back under it to finish - stand tall
