A. Back Squat 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
* 1 minute rest between sets
* Find max weight for 10 RM and add 5 lbs between every rep of the ladder during your rest time. Prep plates in advance for fast changes
* If you miss a weight for the prescribed rep range. Repeat for the next level of the ladder
