For this workout the weight is very light due to the volume involved.  Even though the weight is light still try and focus on keeping good technique and not pulling early.  Just because you can do it ugly doesn't mean you should.  Anything worth doing is worth doing right....so do your snatches right!!  Enjoy.


Remember to check the whiteboard outside the fitness center or contact me over email for dates and times during the exam break where you can get in to be able to train.
