I was speaking with Canadian Regional Champion Jeremey Meredith of CF Vernon about his wod from the other day which was a disgusting 5 minute AMRAP back squat at 315 for 5 reps.  This is where some of the inspiration for today's workout came from.  Jeremy will be off to the CF Games in July representing Canada.  Good luck to him and if you have not been to the CrossFit Games site yet, you should check it out.  The level of human performance exhibited by all these athletes is something to sit up and take notice of!!  Enjoy

Conquest
AMRAP 3 minutes
1 rep per round.  Athletes must step away from the bar after every rep and reset before the next rep.  Reps may not be linked
Deadlift @ 80% of your 1 RM

1 rep per round.  Athletes must re-rack the bar after each rep, step back from the bar before continuing.  Reps may not be linked
Push Press @ 80% of your 1 RM
**No idea on 1 RM will use 105/75
rest 2 minutes
AMRAP Double Unders in 3 minutes
