Tabata and strength program individuals are now in week 3. There will be new programs for you next week. We will have one more training cycle prior to testing week as school starts to wind down for Summer vacation. If you require programming for over the Summer break then please come in and talk to me prior to the vacation time so we can look at your results and the direction we wish to go. Remember that logging your workouts is one of the best ways for me to be able to help you. Without data, it is very difficult to assess your progress and look for issues.
With the sun shining, Conquest will be starting to incorporate a lot more work in the outdoor environment. Please bring a water bottle.
