Come on in, we are open!!! Everything is back to normal.....better than normal. I will have some pics up for tomorrows post, but the LCI Conquest Fitness Facility is looking better than ever. Reorientation of equipment has made the space more functional and efficient for users. On top of that the space has opened up with a little organization. We still have many more upgrades and additions happening over the next few months and I am excited for the upcoming changes. This is truly becoming the best high school gym in Southern Alberta and dare I say all of Alberta!
Program 1 and 2 are on repeats of last week
Program 3 - Conquest
A. Back Squat 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3 (Advanced Level - Try to increase each same rep by 2.5 lbs and maintain reps. Try to increase by 5 total pounds for dropping 1 rep)
eg. 135 x 5/137.5 x 5/140 x 4/ 142.5 x 4/145 x 3/ 147.5 x 3
B. 2 rounds for time
30 Front Squat 95/65
30 Pull Ups
