Today is make up day. Choose a WOD from last week that you would like to use as a benchmark measure of performance. If you have a different WOD, it is essentially athletes choice day. Come in for a warm up and then move along your own path. I would like to recommend you choose something that is challenging rather than something you know you are capable of. If you choose a WOD you are capable of, then shoot for crushing your old time/score.
