Merry Christmas Everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying their holidays. I know that I am! I have been continuing to train hard and have managed to keep the bad in check enough to continue with the good. I hope you are all making it in to train, even if it is just a little. Looking forward to getting back at it with you all. As New Years and semester 2 approaches, try to think of some goals you have for the new year. Feel free to post and share them with the group, keep them to yourself or share them with me personally. I am here to help you reach whatever goal you set and do whatever I can to help you make your goals a reality. However, if you do nothing else in terms of goal setting, try writing it down and putting it where you have to look at it everyday to remind yourself where you want to be.
