Existing in the Moment

One of the greatest things about working out is the ability to exist in the moment. There is no stress, no responsibility (except to the workout), no outside intrusion. All that exists is movement. Sound familiar? I hope so. This zen like state is what you should be striving to achieve. Everyday the stress and troubles of the day can be melted away with one simple thing. Exercise! Many times we try and exist in the moment but end up hiding behind a camera, focusing on other things. True we are at the moment, but often not in it. When you come in to train today, try to block out all other things that have been looming. Think of nothing but movement and success. Pour everything into the 15 minutes to follow and go home refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day. Being in the moment is something we all struggle with, but take time for yourself, listen to others and look to exist.

Who do we have today?

This is Mr. Fuji. He was a former wrestler turned wrestling manager. One of the worst ones ever notorious for throwing salt in the opponents eyes from ringside

Bang on Kyle. Did I mention there would be prizes at the end of the week? Keep checking back to play conquest wrestlers again tomorrow. Ladies where you at? There has to be a closet cheesy wrestler fan in the group somewhere.
