AMRAP 1 minute Sumo Deadlift High Pull
AMRAP 1 minute Box Jumps
AMRAP 1 minute Push Press
AMRAP 1 minute burpees
Rest 1 Minute
and you thought Monday was tough!

I think I'm feeling sick...

If this is modified, what's the "regular".

The modification comes with the weight of our medicine balls and access to rowing machines. The guys med ball weight would be 20lbs, gals 14lbs to a 10 foot line. The rower is done for calories. Typically a person will row between 10 and 16 calories on the rower. The burpee numbers will probably pop out about the same.
