The Upper Deck
Today we are going to continue our work on overhead squat. I have attached a video by Mark Rippetoe from CrossFit for you to watch. It is a good review of basic squat performance and analysis of overhead squat. The focus of today is to feel some load, but not so much to hit a failure number. I want to stress the important of proper technique in overhead squat. More than any other lift incorrect technique on overhead squat will result in a failed attempt.
Overhead Squat 6 sets x 10 reps (rest as needed)
