Nutrition Seminar Today

Its finally here! Today is the day Mike will be coming in to discuss nutrition with everyone. Remember its Large Lecture Theater at 4:00 sharp! If you plan on doing the wod today then get in and get it done so that you can be there on time for him as you won't want to miss 1 minute of information. If possible think of any questions you might have and bring them along with you to the seminar. They may be answered during the course of discussion or may need a specific question to find what you seek.
Today will be a new format of WOD that we haven't tried before. If you do this WOD, please post to comments your thoughts on it.
Tuesday
Deadlift up to a 1 RM
Rest 4 minutes
Rounds in 8 Minutes
5 Burpees
10 Sit Ups
Rest 2 minutes
Deadlift 65% of 1 RM for 20 reps for time
