No Speed Limit
Today should be about full blast. In order to achieve the proper level of conditioning and hormonal response I am looking for from this workout, you need to attempt to leave no gas in the tank at the end of your round. EVERY ROUND IS ABOUT ALL OUT!!!!! If we hide behind pacing and planning for the future rounds on this wod, we will never get a true assessment of our fitness level and ability to recover. In Conquest the speed limit is wide open.
