Mystery Sweet Mystery

It has been interesting to see what the mystery programmer would come up with for Team Conquest this week. I have been excited, as I am sure many of you have been, regarding what could possibly come up this week. Well, it looks to be a week that will not disappoint with a little of something for everyone. We will also have another guest programmer next week before I take the reins back. Feel free to post any WOD requests as you never know what they may or may not want to do.

Monday
1/2 "Legit Cindy"
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
* Due to not having pull up bards we have done modified Cindy's for a long time. Now here is a taste of the real deal....or at least half of it.

Tuesday
"Death by 10 meters"
*Mark off 10 meters. At minute 1 run 10 meters. Continue to add 10 meters in shuttle format every minute until you can no longer complete the shuttle in the minute time frame. Today your hand does not have to touch the line, but your foot must touch or cross the line.
*If you are out between 5 - 10 take 1 minute rest and work your way back down to 1 shuttle.

Wednesday
Front Squat
5 sets of 5 reps
*Billy like to lift on Wednesday, this is for you.

Thursday
Chipper Format
Choose 1 or 2 Rounds for Time
50 Plyolunges (25 per leg)
40 Push Press (Guys at 65 gals at 45)
30 Sit Ups
20 Hip Smashers
10 Chest to Deck Push Ups

Friday
10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
Overhead Squat
Pull Ups
