Its a Mystery!?!?

Welcome to Friday. It was nice yesterday to see so many people choose the lift and skill development portion of the programming and do the overhead squat yesterday. Although it is a difficult lift to get comfortable with you all did a great job at working through the kinks. Just remember that active shoulder does not necessarily mean jack your trapz in your ears as this will cause yo to close your arm pits and make it difficult for the bar to sit in the pocket. You may experience a little bit of wrist soreness and this is fairly typical until the strength in your wrists builds up to handle the load. Unfortunately there is no real way around this as even if you tape for support you never really develop the strength you need in your wrists to not use that crutch.
Just as a heads up, I will not be in charge of the programming next week. Every trainer or coach will always run into programming issues at one point or another. As much as I have lots of ideas and directions I want to go, I wish to have another individual do a week of programming for a number of different reasons. As hard a a person may try their bias in lifts, training and programming will always eventually come through. I wish for this not to hamper your progress thus I have enlisted a mystery programmer who will remain nameless until the end of next week. A second reason is to keep things constantly varied and random as per Conquest and CrossFit style mantra. No better way than to take the programming out of your coaches hands. Finally and selfishly it is nice to take a break from program planning to re-energize and find new directions and ideas. It should be a good week, but lets not look past today as it should prove to be a nice end to this good week.
