Is Anyone Out There

Hello......Hello.......Hellllllooooooooooo. Is there anyone besides Doug Checkley out there actually listening to the things I have to say? Do you visit the site? Do you find the site useful? What changes would you make in order to increase its use and efficiency with the Conquest program and athletes? Please post to comments if you visit the site and use it to stay in touch with whats going on. Also let me know if you find the ramblings I have useful, informative or interesting. I won't beg, but am coming pretty darn close.

Hey Cory, I love the blog and read it a few times a week. :-)

Gimme a Conquest Conditioning Tshirt and one of those fancy-shmancy sleds, and I'll post every 30 minutes. I swear I will.

The setup, posts, programming and pictures (the astronaut cracks me up, it's perfect!) are top-notch, Cory. I bet every single student and teacher that has walked through those doors is looking at this website every day.

Solution? 100 burpees for time (In addition to the WOD) unless they post. It'll work, trust me. :)

I would DEFINATELY check everyday rather than do 100 burpees for time!!!
FYI I've checked out lots of the links and they are awesome.

I read the blog at least four times a week, especially when I was not able to come. Awesome info and focus. All the info is valuable and it is handy to go back and refresh what I missed. Could you use some more action pics for the site? I can bring the camera in on of these days. By the way bring on the burpees!

Thanks for the feedback so far. Yes Stout I sure could use a camera to drop more pics on the site. I love being able to show them, but with the volume of people coming through the door I don't have time to take them.
As for the burpees...be careful what you wish for I don't believe there is a wod named stout yet

I read and love the blog, it is part of my morning routine. I also post my results here so that others can compare if they have to work out at another time, I still keep my own log book but this allows others to see what we're up to and how we are doing.

The blog is great, I read it regularly. I usually can't find time to do most of things I'd like to, including blogging. It feels like riding the Zipper, and not being able to get off. Or being Andy Charlebois' liver(s).
Thanks and great job Cory.

I also love the blog and check it almost daily...I just can't find the time to post anything...thanks for everything you do Cory! I don't think I would work out at all if it weren't for conquest! Thanks so much!

I read it about 3 times a week. I feel slightly discouraged at the moment based on sickness and falling weeks behind. I have no other comments other than Im excited to try and fit crossfit back into my daily routine, hopefully i'll still do it even with practices.
