Calling all Rugby players!!! I just finished speaking with this years boys rugby coach and he is looking to continue the LCI tradition of excellence in rugby. He also realizes the importance of fitness levels in rugby players. The bigger, faster, stronger AND MORE CONDITIONED a rugby player is, the better they will hold up to the stress of the game. If you are planning on playing boys rugby this year and are currently not involved in a sport, you need to start making your way into the fitness center. Not only will it help make you a better athlete, it will also help you to prevent injury. Hope to see you out.

Rugby players need to go to the gym more because they use a lot of effort and strength while playing. Flexibility and agility exercises are also needed so that they may be able to stretch their bodies out well during the game. And speaking of rugby, I do love watching rugby (Denver, Colorado) and there is a great news for these players because a fitness gym will be opened this year not just for rugby players but for health enthusiasts also. And then at summer, concerts in Denver will be jam-packed again and I'm really looking forward to that one too!
