Try to focus on sprinting as fast as possible on the 200 m run. Use the WBS as your area for active recuperation. Focus on the technique of wall ball shots and ensure that the ball is thrown highly and accuratley. Also, make sure that your squat is deep and in a full range of motion


WOD
A. Overhead Press
5 sets x 5 reps (short rest intervals between sets of 1 minute)

B. As Many Rounds in 15 minutes
200 m run (Fire hydrant and back = 200 m)
15 Wall Ball Shots (weights will vary; target line of 10 feet)

If I ever get in under 22 minutes on a 5km, you get to buy me a tshirt with that image on it.

If you ever beat me in a 100m sprint, I'll buy you that tshirt. :)

When do you want to race. I think I have you in the 100 m already.
No problem I had fun at the cert as well but am now totally warn out and seriously feeling it.
