All to often we end up with too little time in our day to make it to a gym or fitness facility. Here is a link provided by Spark Sport Conditioning in Edmonton that has workouts for the road. Essentially most of these workouts will allow you to still access fitness with or without equipment. Just cause you can't make it in to workout, doesn't mean you can't workout.

Look at the links and choose a WOD you feel may be challenging to you or take an existing WOD and change it to match up with your desired energy level for the day

This is awesome stuff Cory. Thanks for sharing it.
AS
nice post!
Working out helps your blood flow smoothly to your veins, and it also helps burn unnecessary fats in the body, especially those that clog the veins through our hearts. I and my brother decided to enroll to Glendale fitness center to avoid heart problems when we grow older. We feel very healthy after every class. And sure the Glendale parks and recreation is a good place to hang out after the tiring session in the gym.
