September 13, 2010


Welcome to Week 2 and Day 1 for student Conquest Foundations. Foundations is a mandatory course that students must go through in order to be eligible to participate in Conquest Conditioning. Due to the volume of individuals involved in the program there are no exceptions to the rule. Each day will feature different topics and movements that individuals will need exposure to prior to entering into the program. In order to ensure everyone's safety and that all participants receive equal instruction and maximum benefits of the program this is something we insist on. No matter what level of lifter or what physical condition you are in, everyone learns the same movements. If you have been lifting for a long time then I challenge you to participate and never stop striving for perfection

Session starts promptly at 3:15 please do not be late. Show up in gym attire and don't be afraid to sweat a little. We are not a fashion show, but a grass routes fitness program designed to allow you to face anything life can throw at you. See you there!

For those who have been through last weeks fundamentals here is your workout for today. Remember you are always welcome to repeat the foundations course to become even more familiar with the movements. If you have missed a day then you need to ensure you pick it up this week.
