May 17 - 21

This will be a good test for everyone. If you have been coming regularly then you should be hitting this week full force and pulling out all the stops to crush these WOD's. If you have been unable to attend due to year end, athletics, life, etc. then ensure that you make the appropriate scales in order to remain safe and continue exercising. I have scheduled in some runs to try and get us outside to enjoy the weather and if the weather holds then next week we will be doing an outdoors week and getting our WOD on in the sun. It will allow us to play with some new items and movements while enjoying the weather.
If possible, try to find a spare tire for next week. Not the one around your midsections, but a rimless old tire. Curious? Then make sure you are tuned in for next week.
