Get your butts into the fitness center and get back on track or else I'm sending my hit man after you! The weather sucks today so you can't hide behind the excuse of it was too nice outside to be inside. You can't plant trees today, so no impromptu trips to Costco for landscaping. The fields are a mess so there is no practice. Yeah that's right you have nothing left. You know what they say about excuses.....

25 Close Grip Push Ups

I love the picture. I feel the intimidation. I'm keeping busy and still working out regularily - sometimes doin the WOD sometimes ru@*&%^g. I really miss the group - but last min. stuff has been coming up. KNow that I'm thinking of you all and can't wait to get back into it.

yup, that one hurt Cory..so true though:( I'm sure my motivation will turn up some day soon.
